Moo Goo Gai Pan (Cantonese)

Ingredients 

  • 5 button Mushroom sliced 
  • 1/4" thick 1/4 Carrots sliced diagonally 
  • 1/10" thick 1 napa cabbage leaf separate stack from leaf cut stack 1.5" long 
  • 1/4 of Chicken Breast length wise slice at 45 deg angle 1/8" thick 
  • In a bowl 
  • add 1/2 teaspoon salt 
  • 1/10 tsp of white pepper 
  • 1/4 tsp of garlic powder 
  • 1/4 cup of water 

marinate 10-15 mins add 2 tablespoon of corn starch and mix 1 table spoon vegetable oil snow peas water Chestnuts Bamboo shoots 1 tablespoon potato starch 1 tablespoon of water and 

Stir 3 table spoon oil in wok cook chicken breast cook for 15-20 seconds and flip chicken over cook for another min take chicken out - it should be about 70% cooked
