Jamaican - Curry Goat
3 lbs goat meat
season and maraniade
2 tsp salt
1 tsp blackpepper
3-4 Tbsp curry Power
1 Large Onion Sliced
1 scotch bonnet (Slice and Disced seeds)
4 table spoon cooking oil
Add meat
2 cups of hot water
cook for 1 hours
add onion, tyme,
2 cups of hot water
3 medium size potato
1 tablespoon curry power
