Saltfish and Tomato recipe
Alaskan Polak or Bakala (cod fish)
wash the salt fish
Soak salt fish in a bowl of water for 3-4 hours or overhigh
For cod fish - blange in warm water
Ingrents
4 feley of salt fish
Sweet Pepper
Onion
Tomato
Celentro
Taragon
rosemery
1 halopenio
garlic
green onion
3 chillis
in a frying pan add oil over
add mines garlic
add cut fish to fry
fry for a few mins
add some black pepper
Add all seasoning chopped
DO NOT ADD SALT!!
